How long does it take to ship my custom order?
Since each item is custom-made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because our custom products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error. Please double-check your design before finalizing your purchase.
What materials are used in your apparel?
We use premium, ethically sourced cotton blends and high-grade printing materials to ensure your custom designs are both comfortable to wear and durable through multiple washes.
How do I know which size to order?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring a favorite garment you already own and comparing it to our chart to ensure the perfect fit.
